Doors open at 08:30 p.m.

– the buyer’s name will be printed on each ticket. Therefore, tickets cannot be transferred to third parties;

– the buyer must show a photo ID to access the concert venue. Passports, driving licenses, or ID cards will be accepted. People without a valid photo document will be denied access to the concert venue;

– if the buyer is not accompanied by his or her guests at the entrance, those guests will be denied access to the concert venue;

– tickets cannot be resold. Any resold ticket will not be valid;

– tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded;

– tickets purchased via non-approved platforms will not be valid;

– in the case of bad weather the performance will never be cancelled;

– no discounts for children over three years;

– advanced bookings will not be accepted;

Associazione Arena Sferisterio offers the following seats to patrons with disabilities:

– Patrons on wheelchairs: 6 wheelchair spaces next to the seats (3 on each side) of the red section (stalls). The one person accompanying each disabled patron will seat behind the wheelchair (ticket price: 25 euros);

– Patrons with disabilities but not on wheelchairs (disability over 70%), free seats in the red section (stalls), maximum 10 seats per performance. The one person accompanying each disabled patron shall pay 25 euros.
