The title of this event refers to the most beloved song of Fabrizio De André’s repertoire, but there will also be time for some other lesser-known pieces – with arrangements and orchestration by Stefano Cabrera. A combination of talents will emphasise the modernity of De André’s verses and the impact they still have on the audience.
Marcorè thus proposes a personal journey through De André’s songs, intended to offer an unconventional portrait of the artist from Genova.
He will be joined for this journey at the Sferisterio arena by: the “Gnuquartet” – composed of Francesca Rapetti (flute), Roberto Izzo (violin), Raffaele Rebaudengo (viola) and Stefano Cabrera (cello); the voices of Flavia Barbacetto and Angelica Dettori with the Orchestra of the “Accademia Reatina Teatro Musica” (ARTeM), directed by Carlo Moreno Volpini; Domenico Mariorenzi (guitar); and Simone Talone (percussion).
