In compliance with the new social distancing norms, you won’t be allowed to sit next to another person and there shall be a free seat after each occupied seat. If you purchased two or more seats, you will be relocated according to the new seating plan without having to change your tickets. All ticket holders will be guaranteed a seat in the area they initially purchased, and possibly all seats will be reallocated in the initially selected rows. Ticket holders whose seat numbers have changed will received an email with the new numbers by the box office. They shall bring the email with them on the night of the performance. All viewers will be taken to their seats by our personnel and will be instructed as to which seat shall be left free.

In compliance with the norms, we have reviewed our seating plan deleted one every two rows of seats. One every two seats for each row can be used. You are allowed to sit next to family and friends inside the boxes (within the maximum number allowed) but not in the stalls and circles.

A voucher can be issued for all tickets purchased for Tosca, Il Trovatore, Don Juan and La serata con Zakharova, as well as for the backstage tours scheduled for the days of cancelled performances (17, 19, 25, 26 and 31 July, 1, 7 and 9 August).

If you purchased tickets for Tosca, Il Trovatore, Don Juan and La serata con Zakharova, you are entitled to a voucher.

This is how you redeem it: click on https://shop.vivaticket.com/ita/voucher by 31 August and select LOGIN/REGISTER. Once you are logged in, the same button will offer you the option REQUEST VOUCHER. Click on it and provide one of the following I.D. details:

• TRANSACTION or RECEIPT printed on the tickets, subscriptions, receipts or emails;
• SECURITY CODE (sigillo fiscale) printed on your ticket or subscription;
• BAR CODE, if available on your ticket or subscription.

If you purchased your tickets online and you selected the Print@home option, you can take a clear picture or a scan of each ticket and upload them to the system. If pictures or scanned images are not legible, the request for voucher will not be accepted. Once all information is provided, you can send your request and it will be processed by Vivaticket.

No. All voucher requests have to be sent to, and processed by, Vivaticket. Our box office is available for advice and support, via email (boxoffice@sferisterio.it) or phone (+39 0733 230735), Tuesday to Saturday from 12 am to 1 pm, and from 4.30 pm to 17.30 pm.

Vouchers are issued from 9 June to 31 August (included). Requests will not be accepted by Vivaticket after this date.

Requests are processed within 30 days. If your request is valid and accepted, a digital voucher will be generated and notified by Vivaticket to the email used when registering on the site.

Vouchers are valid for 18 months (from the date of issue). They can be used this year but also to buy tickets for the 2021 or the 2022 edition of the festival (tickets will be on sale before the 18-month deadline).
