As any hiker and as anyone who loves the Sibillini Mounts knows, the “Madonna della Cona” church was the highest cultural heritage site, at 1496 metres above sea level, to be destroyed in the 2016 earthquake. You can help Club Alpino Italiano rebuild one of the finest gems of the Marche region’s cultural heritage.
How?
By buying a ticket at the box office for the Magic Flute (12 August, 2018): a percentage of the purchase price (2 Euros) will be given to charity. Or click here for donations.
Social commitments met by the Sferisterio
In 2017, Macerata Opera Festival chose Anffas as its Charity partner with the aim of supporting the Mongolfiera project. Main goal: setting up an after-school club for disabled adolescents.
In 2016 Sferisterio collected 17,906.30 Euros for Doctors Without Borders.
In 2015 Sferisterio collected 16,000 Euros for the Lega Del Filo D’Oro Association.
In 2014 Sferisterio collected 10,800 Euros for ActionAid.
